On 3 and 4 April 2018 the RUG meeting takes place at Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile Hotel in Chicago. RUG is a users’ group meeting for labs that currently own the industry standard in customer-to-lab ordering systems, ROES. Typical attendees are lab owners, lab managers, and lab production individuals. While lots of technical and marketing information will be exchanged, we pride ourselves on having lots of fun with our very loyal customer base.

In addition, Picanova will lead a 50-minute session for interested visitors.
